How to Use Elasticated Koshihimo Belts Before putting on your kimono, measure the correct length by placing the board in the front and center of your body, wrapping the ends behind you and bringing them back to the front. You should aim for the ends to be about 4”-8” (10-20cm) apart at the front without pulling. You can increase or decrease the length by lifting the adjustable clip and letting the belt in or out.
