Pre-Order Policy When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. Return Policy Our official return policy is no returns, unless it’s something we screwed up on. If something is damaged in the mail, unfortunately many times we do not have a replacement.
