When taken as a syrup it is a powerful addition to your daily routine or can be used at the onset of cold or flu symptoms. Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Rosehips, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon. Directions: Combine 4 cups of filtered water and 2 TBSP lemon juice, with the contents of the bag in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 45 minutes. Strain and then add to a clean jar. Once the syrup is cooled to room temperature add between ½ to 1 cup of honey to taste and combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to two months once syrup is made. Store unopened bag for up to 1 year.
