Ingredients Organic Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) Organic Rose Hips (Rosa canina) Organic Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis) Organic Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) Organic Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) Organic Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) How to Prepare Herbal Tea Place 1 teaspoon of the blend in a kettle with 1 cup water. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, strain, and enjoy. Herbal Syrup Empty the contents of the packet into a large pot and add 4 cups filtered or spring water.
