Passenger Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) provides the federally required theory instruction for drivers seeking a Passenger (P) endorsement, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 380, Appendix C. This course covers passenger safety and supervision, proper loading and unloading procedures, vehicle inspection requirements, emergency response, hours of service considerations, and managing passenger-related hazards.
