Please make sure you have a secure grip. 2. Apply plenty of conductive gel to the inside of the ring and your scrotum above the balls. 3. Carefully insert your entire scrotum through the stretcher. Making sure that you do not pinch the skin, place the magnetic piece back to close- each ring has a indented marking that shows the proper alignment of the piece. You should feel a significant but comfortable weight on your balls once you gently release the stretcher and allow it to hang. 4.
