Our Electric Wheelchair Conversion Kit from Golden Motor allows you to build your own electric wheelchair (or "power chair") without the prohibitive expense associated with name-brand mobility chairs. Our kit consists of a left and right set of 24 Volt brushless wheelchair hub motor assemblies with 24" tires and rims, as well as a joystick and controller module that drives the two brushless wheel motors. We also give you a choice when it comes to tire color; some people prefer black tires, and some folks like gray. Either way, we let you which color you want. The two quiet pancake motors ensure a very long operating life in a small, flat, and very compact unit. These motors will provide smooth running with absolutely zero cogging, even at slow speeds for ultra smooth velocity and torque. Simple, neat, and lightweight; twin pancake motors offer the highest in reliability at a very economical cost. In addition, you get two great standard size 24" pneumatic tubes and tires with an excellent tread designed for use indoors or out. They offer a high load capacity paired with the smooth ride that only pneumatic tires can give. Please note that the battery (blue box in the photo) is not included. You will have to supply your own batteries, and with a little bit of DIY creativity you can design your own under-slung battery box.
