We have coupled: Lemon Balm Oatstraw Red Raspberry Light a candle, play your favorite tunes, put your feet up, & sip! The herbs in this blend will nourish your body, tone your uterus to prepare for labor, and assist with: settling frazzled nerves anxiety mild depression irritability insomnia This tea is best enjoyed infusion style. Add a few tablespoons (till the ancestors tell you to stop) to a mason jar, fill with boiling water, & seal. Let steep at least 4 hours (overnight is best) & strain. Tip: While straining squeeze the herbs to get all of the goodness out! Store in the refrigerator & drink within two days. All of our loose leaf teas are handcrafted and made to order.
