Electroformed copper faceted black beads. Attached to copper earhooks and complete with rubber ear nuts for extra security when worn. Each piece is lovingly made in my home and tak es days to complete. I prep each piece with stones or crystals. Seal the portion I wish to leave exposed and paint with conductive paint for the portion I wish copper to grow. It is then submerged in an acid bath with copper anodes. Electricity is applied for the copper ions to travel from the anode to the cathode (my piece). After a time period of 6-36 hours, I pull the piece from the bath and sand, grind, polish with my dremel. Then patina and seal. Handmade in Eau Claire, WI I thank you so much for viewing my art!
