The EB262 is a 12v DC flush-mount solenoid bolt featuring an auto-locking timer adjustable from 0 to 9 seconds. It is suitable for flush, vertical, or horizontal mounting. Overview Door Status Monitoring This model includes a monitoring function that allows you to confirm whether the door is open or closed. Inside the bolt, a set of voltage-free Hall Effect contacts provides both Normally Open (N/O) and Normally Closed (N/C) connections. These can be wired to a sounder, buzzer, alarm system, light, or any other device that requires a voltage-free trigger, which will activate when the drop bolt and catch plate are separated. Ideal Applications The EB262 is perfectly suited for inward-opening, outward-opening, or double-swing doors made from aluminium, steel, or timber. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
