They do well with invertebrates and are not aggressive towards other fish, aside from their own kind and other dartfish. They are not a very active fish and need hiding places to feel secure. They will feed off of prey suspended in the water column and also pick food off of the substrate. Frozen foods and flake food for carnivores should meet their dietary needs, but care should be taken to give them vitamin enrichment or their vibrant colors will fade. Show more
