This is for an Elementary Canines program vest, cape, or convertible. The colors and fabric have already been selected for you, but you are free to customize it with the available upgrades. Some graphic designs are not available in this size due to stitch density issues. X-Large: Due to the size limitations of the machine, if you purchase an X-Large, most styles will have seam lines between the panels. The width of the panel might be slightly narrower in some cases. If you have any questions regarding the correct size, please contact me prior to ordering. Note about the straps: While I make every efforts to make these as secure as possible (they are stitched the vest at 2-3 connection points), there is a lot of research that must be done regarding the strength of the fabric, straps, thread, and even the type of stitching in order to have a specific weight tolerance listed for what you could reasonably expect before the strap, stitching, or fabric would tear due to being pulled. Because I have not done this research, these vests are not being sold with the intent to restrain your animal. Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your order prior to design work beginning, just let me know. If design work has already begun then I can usually offer a full refunds less the design fee, provided I am notified in a reasonable time frame. Generally speaking, the only time that no portion of cancellation is available is when stitching has begun, but this after you have approved the proof for the design. I realize that we all have extenuating circumstances and things changes for us quickly. I try to be as accommodating as possible. Please reach out if you feel like you need to change your order. Long term cancellations: In most cases a refund of 50% will be offered if the cancellation takes place after 30 days. The retained portion can be applied toward a future purchase.
