Tea Appreciation & Sensory Evaluation: Develop your ability to observe aroma, taste, texture, appearance, and overall character through guided tasting and sensory exploration. Brewing & Teaware: Learn how water, temperature, timing, tea-to-water ratio, and brewing techniques influence the expression of tea, while gaining hands-on experience with traditional Chinese teaware.
