Campfire is the second in a series of 3d printed USB-powered lamps, based on Aristotle’s four elements. DIMENSIONS: 84mm x 99mm x 160mm(H) WEIGHT: 220gms Campfire is a lit version of TDR’s Bark Vase. Both are inspired by the surface of one Red Stringybark tree (Eucalyptus Macrorhynchus), familiar to designer Chief Rabbit from her daily walks. Its photograph was the basis of a sophisticated image map, which was painstakingly manipulated into cohesive, functional 3d objects. Campfire is available in two gritty, low-glitter textures: Stardust (translucent black & gold) and Moondust (translucent midnight blue shimmer) which enhance its surface detail. Stardust and Moondust filaments have a core of deep colour encased in clear PLA. When lit, surfaces appears translucent from the outside, and more solid inside - giving a unique three-dimensional fire effect. Choose from warm Stardust or cooler Moondust to create your own indoor campfire. ELEMENTS/Campfire is printed with eco-friendly PLA, and powered by a high quality 5VDC mechanism with a 'tap on/off' switch and dimmer. It features a warm white, long-lasting (up to 50,000 hours) 1W bulb specifically made for use with 3d printed objects. The lamp is powered by any USB-A source such as a phone charger, desktop/laptop port or 5V USB hub. INCLUDED: Lamp base and and bulb/ cord mechanism installed. NOT INCLUDED: USB power supply
