This image is taken from a watercolour on paper painting by award-winning artist Daniel Mackie. The Elephant with Flower illustration is from the Jungle Series that includes images of animals with their natural environment depicted within them. The artist's work is heavily influenced by the Japanese print makers of the Ukiyo-e period, between 1670 and 1870. Daniel creates highly decorative designs that lift the spirit and warm the heart.
