Elevated Elixir is a new line of luxury alcohol-free drinks brought to you by the Oichi Sisters. Handcrafted in small batches in the Norfolk countryside using time honoured techniques to bring out complexity and depth of flavour. This Elevated kombucha is a richly layered blend of kombucha, plums and Coffee, the flavour of the heritage plums sings through and is gently enhanced by the fruity and spicy notes of the Ethiopian Bulessa coffee. We have collaborated with two wonderful local businesses, Leith House Orchard on the Norfolk coast and specialty roasters Etude Coffee in the Waveney Valley to create this fabulous drink.
