A 1930s Fars rug from the Shiraz district in south west Persia. A subtle colour scheme with faded pink elongated diamond shaped field filled with flowering plants; dark blue spandr els of various medallions; ivory trailing vine and medallion main border; pale terracotta boteh outer guard.
