Sizing chart from Eliel TCH Sizing Recommendations: In our experience, the general consensus is to go up at least one size from your typical jersey size, and consider going up two sizes if you're looking for a roomier fit. We love the quality and performance of this particular model of jersey, but it does have a more 'aero fit' rather than a 'club cut'. Expect the shoulders, arms, and waist to all sit closer to the body. All of our staff have found the jerseys to be very comfortable and breathable while out on the bike.
