elitefts Second Generation Lifting Straps Wrist straps are an important training tool. They allow you to push past your limits and let you worry about the movement or muscle rather than just holding on for dear life. If pushing past barriers is a regular occurrence for you, we're betting you want a pair of straps you can trust. Based on customer feedback and input from athletes from around the world, we've made a new tough-built lifting strap that is extremely functional yet simple. The 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) fabric gives the best tradeoff between comfort on the wrists and easy manipulation so you can get them around the bar easily after you've huffed your ammonia. We made these in orange so that they're easy to locate in the aftermath of a challenge set of block pulls. If you're like me, you don't remember where you throw your straps after you've done 30+ reps and are on the verge of puking, passing out, or both. Orange also just looks badass. We are particularly proud of the fabric. We took our standard blend, which is pliable and comfortable on the wrists, and added a special polymer coating that will enhance these characteristics but also adds toughness to the construction. It's less likely to fray or degrade compared to other simple nylon/cotton straps on the market.
