Right. This one’s for the Elsa fans. You know who they are. They’ve watched Frozen about a hundred times. They sing “Let It Go” at the top of their lungs. They definitely have an Elsa dress somewhere (probably with a bit of chocolate on it). No judgement – the songs are catchy. Someone asked me a while back: “can you make an Elsa cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday? She wants blue, sparkly, and maybe a snowflake. And can you put ‘Elsa’ on it?” I said yeah, course. I made a vanilla cake, covered it in icy blue buttercream, added a few silver snowflakes, and piped “Elsa” in white on top. She screamed “LET IT GO!” and tried to blow out the candles with a dramatic hand wave. That’s a win. So here it is: Elsa Theme Cake – available at our Bromley bakery. It’s a round cake, about 7 inches. Feeds 6–10 people. Perfect for a Frozen themed birthday, kids party, or any little one who wants to be the Snow Queen. What’s in it? Sponge – vanilla, lemon, or strawberry. Vanilla is the safest, but lemon is zesty and bright – Elsa would approve. Frosting – icy blue buttercream. Pale blue, like a winter sky. Smooth and sparkly (I can add edible glitter if you want). The Elsa bits – a few silver snowflakes (fondant or piped), maybe a little crown on top, and “Elsa” or “Happy Birthday” piped in white or silver. The details – edible pearls, a dusting of edible glitter, and a few blue and white sprinkles. Looks like a winter wonderland. The look – elegant, icy, and unmistakably Elsa. No Olaf on this one – unless you want him. It’s the cake that makes every little girl feel like a queen. And it’s delicious – because even queens need cake. Who buys this? Frozen birthday cake – for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th birthdays – peak Frozen age. Kids party cake – blue and sparkly, very popular. Princess themed cake – Elsa is everyone’s favourite. First birthday – can do a smaller smash cake with a snowflake topper. Just because – you want to make a little one’s day magical. Honestly? Anyone who’s ever heard “Let it go, let it go” and not been able to get it out of their head. Can I get a different character? I can add Olaf (snowman) or Anna (red/ purple colours). Just tell me. Elsa is the main star, but I can do a Frozen ensemble. Can I add a name or age? Course. “Happy 4th Birthday Elsie”, “Elsa’s Party” – I’ll pipe it in silver or white. How much notice? Few days if you want simple. Week if you want proper snowflakes and a crown. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest. Collection or delivery? Collect from our Bromley shop or local delivery if you're nearby. One thing to mention… The blue colour is made with food gel – no weird taste. The edible glitter is safe – not craft glitter. Also, if you want a doll on top (an actual Elsa figurine), you’ll need to provide it – I can’t supply copyrighted toys, but I can make a space for it. Right. That’s the Elsa Theme Cake one done. For the little queens who believe that ice magic is real. And that cake is the best kind of magic.
