It contains niacinamide (vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid and lactic acid, ingredients that promote the appearance of healthy-looking skin. NOTE: This product is also known as ELTA MD UV CLEAR in the USA. It is the exact same product and formulation, only a different name. Health Canada does not allow for dual claims for products which means it cannot be labelled as a great moisturizer for breakout skin AND as an SPF. The Elta clear does contain SPF ingredients. The formula remains the same as what they use in the USA which has been tested and rated as an SPF 46. Directions Apply liberally to face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating Reapply at least every 2 hours Sun Protection Measures.
