Ember is a classic loose-leaf shou puerh many of you will remember. It is supposedly from the 1980s, but these loose-leaf puerh teas are impossible to verify. Their vintages are ju st tales told by tea shops and they are often blends that are added to over time, meaning that they may have more than one type of tea mixed in. However, Ember is a great tea and it is old. It is deep and dark, delicious and powerful.
