All brass blanks, charms and motifs are brass and manufactured from original vintage patterns by predominantly hand crafted family owned companies in Germany, Czech Republic and Fr ance dating back to the early 1900s. A few of these companies still survive today and manufacture original vintage styles. Why Work with Brass? - Eco-friendly: Highly machinable, resulting in less scrap, less rework, and less energy during manufacturing. Brass is also readily recycled at the end of its life cycle. - Safe: Lead and nickel-free. - Beautiful finish: The soft, muted honey colouring is highly complementary to all metal finishes.
