EMERALD ELEVATION Li Shan (Pear Mountain) is well irrigated year-round by melting snows and its ancient natural forests surrounding tea fields here allow in just the right amount o f sunlight. It’s soft, smooth flavor. A true gem among high mountain teas. This is a green jade oolong.
