Emery Polishing Compound Contains coarse grit to remove surface imperfections, scratches, rust, and burrs from iron, steel and other hard metals. When using the buffs, attach to th e tapered spindle. As it is spinning, hold the bar to the buff so that it puts a light coating on it (a few seconds). When changing bars, clean off the coating on the buff with a soft cloth as best as you can.
