Their special formula ceramic, using clay from Burgundy, ensures gentle and even heat distribution, uniform baking and browning and excellent heat-retention after baking. Their highly resistant glaze protects against scratches and chips. Emile Henry ramkeins are suitable for use in the oven (up to 270°C), microwave and freezer.
