The Prosecco grape has its origins on the cool slopes of the Veneto region of North East Italy. Taking inspiration from their Italian heritage, the grapes for Redbank Prosecco are grown on small family owned vineyards. Previously known as the Victorian Prosecco, this fantastic wine has had a facelift but is still our loved Victorian Prosecco! WINEMAKINGAll aspects of winemaking are focused on maintaining a refreshing, crisp sparkling wine with delicate flavour. The grapes are harvested and pressed on a gentle cycle to minimise phenolics and then fermented to produce a classic crisp Prosecco style.
