This fee is paid for each named PME either working to become PME-Certified, or already PME-Certified. PMES secure: Professional Maintenance Engineer (PME) an upgrade from a salespe rson in terms of sales and income. Ongoing PME Development at Monthly Smart Start Workshop attendance. Membership in PME Society. Weekly live group meetings with fellow non-competing PMEs nationwide. Rights to use copyrighted PME brand and title, when certified. emPlan Software upgrade (Plan/Price/Agreement/Perform and added Marketing) PME Code of Conduct and complete Certification Test annually, for PMEs to remain focused and successful.
