The Empress Buffer++ is the ultimate utility pedal, built for musicians who want total control over their signal path and the freedom to experiment. Whether you’re toggling between inputs, switching amps, reordering loops, or doing something no pedalboard was ever meant to do, the Buffer++ has your back. It builds on Empress’ legacy of transparent, low-noise buffers while pushing far beyond simple tone preservation. You can switch between guitar and synth, convert stereo rigs to mono, or dial in warm, vintage tones — all without touching a single cable. With 12 powerful routing modes, input metering, ground-loop rejection, and variable input loading for tone shaping, the Buffer++ makes complex setups simple. This pedal isn’t just about cleaning up your signal. It’s about unlocking the rig you’ve always wanted to build but didn’t know how. Stop compromising. Start building. Features: All-Analog Signal Path – Pristine, transparent buffering preserves your tone while eliminating hiss and signal loss from long cable runs and vintage pedals. Advanced Routing Engine – Twelve powerful modes for switching, summing, parallel effects, stereo/mono routing, and more. Stereo & Dual Mono Ready – Two inputs, two loops, and two outputs offer true stereo signal paths or flexible dual-mono configurations. AB/AY Instrument & Amp Switching – Toggle between instruments, amps, or loop paths on the fly with footswitchable A/B or A/Y operation. Dolby-Style Noise Filtering – Selectable filters eliminate noise and hiss from high-gain or vintage FX without compromising tone. Transformer-Isolated Output – Prevents ground loops and hum when using dual-amp setups, stereo FX returns, or FOH routing. Differential FX Loop Returns – Ground-referenced loop returns reject unwanted noise. Variable Input Loading – Simulate the warm roll-off of long cables with a simple knob turn. Input Meters & Pads – Visual metering on all inputs helps prevent clipping, with toggleable pads to manage hot signals from synths or active pickups. Tuner Out with Silent Mute – Dedicated, isolated tuner out avoids tone suck; engage silent tuning with onboard or external footswitch. +30dB of Clean Boost – Footswitchable boost stage helps push amps, compensate for pedal loss, or lift your solos. Compact Utility Hub – Combines the functions of a buffer, ABY switcher, stereo loop selector, boost, tuner mute, and more into one streamlined box.
