EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) pads are small, adhesive electrodes that are used in conjunction with an MyProFlex EMS device to deliver electrical impulses to the muscles. The se pads are placed on the skin over specific muscle groups, and the electrical current stimulates the muscles to contract and relax. Pads can be used 20+ times, to reactivate the adhesive wipe them down with a wet towel wait a couple of minutes and then apply to clean dry skin. Once the pads are on the skin with the electrical current running through do not attempt to move the pad, turn of the electrical current first then move the pad.
