Enate Reserva is a single‑varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Spain’s Somontano region, crafted by Bodegas Enate. Fermented in stainless steel after hand‑picking, it undergoes malolac tic in French oak before ageing 12 months in new French barrels and further maturation in tank. Released after over two years in bottle, it approaches. In the glass it’s deeply garnet, with an opaque core. The nose offers ripe blackberries, blackcurrants and compote, overlain with minty balsamic tones and warmly spiced notes of vanilla, black pepper and bay leaf . On the palate it’s full-bodied and structured, with firm yet polished tannins and lingering flavours of toast, tobacco and clove, finishing long and savory. Show more
