If your bat's end cap breaks, you can have it sent to us for repairs. Please save and print the information sheet included on this page to continue the process. Turnaround time is 2-3 days once the bat arrives at our warehouse, not including shipping times. IMPORTANT: If your bat model is less than 2 years old and the end cap breaks due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, you do not need to buy this product! Just print the sheet above and follow the directions there. If you send us a bat without this sheet included, we may be unable to return the bat to you. email [email protected] with a picture of the break if you'd like to confirm pricing.
