Vintage: 2021 Origin: Baden, Germany Grapes: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris Alcohol: 13% Enderle & Moll is a small producer consisting of two friends, a tiny cellar, and a few hectares of old vines. They use no insecticides or pesticides, and their intervention with the wine is minimal. Weiss & Grau is a 60/40 blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) briefly aged on the skins. If you've never tried skin contact whites before, this light orange wine is a great place to start.
