Suitable for use under a dental operating microscope, the kit combines guide drills, flat drills, and circular cutting tubes to create access around the fragment, with a retrieval handle and clamping sleeves to grip and withdraw it. How the retrieval handle works Once the fragment is exposed, the clamping sleeve is placed over it. Pushing the end of the handle drives the needle core forward, gripping the fragment inside the sleeve so it can be withdrawn. A twist-lock collar holds the grip securely during removal. Key features Three interchangeable clamping sleeves (Ø0.8, Ø0.9, and Ø1.1 mm): match the sleeve to the fragment size and canal anatomy. They're easily swapped to suit the case. Adjustable pre-bent tip: the sleeves are factory-bent to 45° for easier access. Use the included bending wrench to adjust the angle up to 90° for posterior teeth and difficult access.
