The 120° holder is designed to accommodate files with a diameter of Φ0.7 mm or Φ0.8 mm (Endo NiTi files). It is primarily recommended for cleaning and irrigating root canals, particularly in anterior teeth. Always use the provided flat wrench to securely tighten the file holders onto the handpiece and to gently fasten the files or instruments into the holder. Avoid over tightening to prevent damage. Do not tighten the holder nut if no file or instrument is installed, as this may cause damage. Avoid interchanging files of different diameters (Φ0.7 mm and Φ0.8 mm) in the same holder. Once a Φ0.7 mm file has been installed, a Φ0.8 mm file may no longer fit properly. Each Endo file is recommended for no more than 10 uses to ensure optimal performance and safety, Recommended service life for ED1 is 500 times.
