The tactical admin pouch does not obstruct mag changes as it keeps a very low profile. This tactical admin pouch mounts on any PALS / MOLLE platform with 4 across and 2 down. Against the body is a large 7x5 large flat pocket perfect for notebooks and range cards or just a pack of cigs/dip. There is also a smaller 5x5 front flat pouch on this admin pouch that closes with hook and loop. On the left of the pouch as you are wearing it there is a multitool / Pistol mag pouch. The tactical admin pouch has an adjustable/removable lid and a reverse pull tab for easy gripping.
