The design of the Enso Table Light is inspired by Enzo Catellani's experience in Japan, where he took lessons in traditional Japanese calligraphy. The lamp is in the shape of Ensō, the circle symbol of enlightenment and wholeness. It is finished in a hand painted irregular metal surface, in the style of a calligraphy stroke.
