Enviro-Mate®T is highly refined to maintain a tight caliper range for the use in e-passport construction. At only 332 +/- 17.5 microns, it is noted for its stiffness, has outstandi ng dimensional stability for sheet processing, and will accept heat-lamination processing up to 180°C. It has a cotton drill construction with an aqueous acrylic coating and it’s been proven to deboss exceptionally well. It is approved for conversion on Kugler, UNO, and Ruhlamat passport manufacturing equipment. Show more
