The estate in a single glass: the only cuvée that reaches across all three strata beneath the vines (Yprésien, Lutétien and Bartonien, from 56 to 33 million years ago), yet it uses just two grapes, Chardonnay and Meunier in equal parts, on clay-sand soils. Twelve months in oak with no added sugar and no fining, then long ageing on lees.
