Made with beautiful loose metallic stones and beads, finished off with chain link tassels for a more drastic look, your shoulders will thank you! Each individual stones or beads are sewn on a felt backing. For best application, hand-sewing is recommended. It can be glued using E6000 or any glue that can hold a little weight.
