The color is achieved during the construction of the nyl on, not added after, to avoid changes in the product. The color camouflages the monofilament so that it is completely homogenous and uniform. The characteristic serves as a shock absorber, concentrating the breakage strength on the entire length of the line and raising the breaking point.
