All bookings are final and non refundable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for schedule conflicts, missed sessions, or changes in personal availability after booking confirmation. If a session is cancelled by EPAC due to unforeseen circumstances, appropriate alternatives, credits, or rescheduled sessions may be provided where applicable.
