The Fleet Lithium 51V pack is electrically compatible with the factory 48V AC system. However, controller parameters may need to be verified or adjusted by your dealer to ensure optimal charging and discharge behavior with lithium chemistry. Contact Fleet Lithium or your Epic dealer before installation if you are unsure about your specific controller version. Will this fit my Epic Cart? Yes. The BR4763 bracket kit provides a factory-fit installation for all 48V E40, E40L, E60, and E60L models (2017–2021). No physical modifications required. Does my controller need reprogramming? The 48V AC controller on 2017–2021 models is generally compatible with 51V lithium. Some controller versions may benefit from parameter verification — contact us or your dealer to confirm.
