GNDJ INVESTMENTS LTD (DBA “EpicFPV”) These Gift Card Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all EpicFPV digital gift cards issued, sold, or redeemed through epicfpv.ca. By purchasing or using an EpicFPV gift card, you agree to these Terms. 1. No Expiry EpicFPV gift cards do not expire. 2. Digital Delivery Gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Higher-value cards may require additional verification and may be subject to short processing delays for security reasons. If you do not receive your digital card or experience any delivery issues, please contact [email protected]. 3. Fraud Screening To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized use: All gift card orders are screened for fraud. If fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, the card will be voided, and the original payment method will be refunded. EpicFPV may request additional verification for suspicious or high-value transactions. 4. Use of Gift Cards EpicFPV gift cards may be redeemed online only at epicfpv.ca. Orders placed with a gift card may still be picked up in-store if “local pickup” is selected at checkout. Gift cards may be used as full or partial payment. Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use. 5. Lost, Deleted, or Undelivered Cards If your digital gift card is lost, deleted, or undelivered, we can reissue it only if the card number and proof of purchase can be verified in our system. EpicFPV is not responsible for lost or misdirected email due to incorrect entry of the recipient’s email address. 6. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Once delivered, gift cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return. Gift cards may not be resold or transferred for value. 7. Limitations of Liability EpicFPV is not liable for: Lost, stolen, deleted, or misdelivered digital cards Unauthorized use of a gift card Customer errors during purchase (such as incorrect email addresses)
