Epimedium acuminatum 'Ruby Shan' is a 1996 Dan Hinkley/Heronswood collection from Sichuan, China. Epimedium 'Ruby Shan' forms a 1' tall x 30" wide clump with lovely, long, pointed, evergreen leaves that emerge heavily patterned with purple. The long arching flower spikes open for us in late March to reveal large spider-like flowers...white sepals back the contrasting long raspberry spurs and matching cup...so very nice. Show more
