From the late and famed Mrs. Wilmott of England, who hoarded her hybrid until her death, comes this (E. alpinum x E. pinnatum ssp. colchicum) cross that makes a rapidly spreading mat (4-6" per year) of rounded foliage (evergreen from zone 7 south).
