Summary: This Epiphone Custom Shop Ltd. Ed. Dot VS, crafted from laminated Maple, with a Mahogany center block and a hand-fitted, glued-in Mahogany neck. Its fabulous semi-hollowbo dy sound is voiced by a pair of humbucker pickups. The Epiphone Custom Shop Ltd. Ed. Dot VS honors the immortal ES-335, the thin semi-hollowbody archtop with “Dot” inlays that brought archtop class to the rock ‘n’ roll era. Body: Laminated Maple in Vintage Sunburst finish. Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets, pearloid dot inlays. Pickups/Hardware: Humbucker pickups, Epiphone tuning keys, Tune-o-matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece. Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic. Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. Weight: 8 lbs.
