Mix thoroughly with a mixing paddle for at least 1 minute, until the pigment is fully dispersed and the color is uniform. Add the Activator, or Part B, only after the pigment has been completely mixed into the Base component. Mix the Base and Activator according to the epoxy product instructions, then apply the coating using standard epoxy installation procedures.
