Self-heating, ready-to-mix powder. Use before, during and after competition, ideal for multi-day or especially demanding competitions or intense training. May help soothe and relax muscles, and lessen discomfort from stiffness. Apply a medium layer to muscles: Back, neck, shoulders, hindquarters.
