This attractive sideboard is an excellent piece of Ercol furniture that dates back to the 1960s, from the popular Windsor range. With its attractive and practical style, it will bring charm to any home. Well constructed, the dovetailed joints across the top and bottom of both sides emphasise how well-built it is, as do the full-length hinges fitted to the doors. The two dovetailed drawers and all three doors are fitted with oval sculpted handles that sit in a slight recess and are wonderfully attractive. The double-door cupboard is fitted with a height-adjustable shelf. The right-hand cupboard is fitted with a removable cutlery drawer, where the cutlery dividers can be removed if necessary. The sideboard is mounted on the original castors, making it easily manoeuvrable. Our restoration team has stripped the original finish from this lovely piece before applying several spray coats of a clear lacquer that enhances the natural grain and colour of the oak, as well as providing a good level of everyday protection. This piece is made from solid elm. This solid English elm retro Ercol sideboard will look magnificent in any living room or dining area. [dimensions][w]129[/w][h]76[/h][d]44[/d][/dimensions]
